AAAP Website Navigation Rework
We are please to announce that the AAAP website’s navigation has been tweaked to allow easier access to important functions. We have also made updates to many of the website’s pages and added in new features.
News Blog
AAAP now has a blog for news and updates concerning AAAP and the poultry industry. AAAP members who are logged in can comment on the news posts and we hope you will engage in the discussion!
Committee Tools
Each committee now has a forum which any AAAP member can view and post on to discuss relevant topics. Just go to the “Committees” dropdown in the top level navigation and hover over the committee you are interested in. The forum option will appear to the right. We have also streamlined the process to join a committee. A new form allows you to submit a request to join a committee at any time. Please note however, that requests are processed two times a year, in May and December. At that time, updated rosters are sent to the committee chairs and new members are added to the committee’s e-list so that they can begin receiving committee communications.
Member Services
The member services section has been moved to the lower right-hand of the website in what was formerly the “AAAP Quick Links.” We hope this gives more visibility to the great resources at your disposal such as the Salary Survey, Research Priorities, and access to your CE credits earned through us.
