AAAP Business Office Announcement

After 14 years Bob & Janece Bevans-Kerr will be stepping into advisory roles for AAAP, AAAP Foundation, and ACPV.  Bob Bevans-Kerr will continue to work and support AAAP, AAAP Foundation, and ACPV, as a consultant and offering office support. Janece Bevans-Kerr will be working through April 30, 2022, as a consultant supporting the office. After that date she will continue to be available for office support as needed.   It is time for new leadership that can develop each organization to meet the needs of its members and continue to find new and innovative ways to achieve their missions.

Nathan Bevans-Kerr will be promoted to Executive Director serving AAAP and AAAP Foundation effective March 1, 2022

Nathan Bevans-Kerr has been supporting AAAP, AAAP Foundation and ACPV since 2014 and has grown through all positions and knows each organization well.  For the last year he has been the assistant executive director working through much of the responsibilities of Executive Director.  He is well positioned to fulfill the Executive Director position and he would continue to have the full support and engagement of the current executive director to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.  We look forward to Nathan’s leadership in helping AAAP and the AAAP Foundation to meet the demands of their mission and to foster the necessary relationships to move forward

Nathan has a B.A. in History (2014) from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. He is currently working on a MS in Organizational Management from Jacksonville University. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Contact Nathan at: [email protected]

Diana Kerr will be promoted to ACPV Executive Director effective March 1, 2022.

Diana Kerr has been supporting AAAP, AAAP Foundation and ACPV since 2015 and has grown through all positions and knows each organization well. Diana helps oversee the logistics for annual meetings and office management of the Avian Diseases journal. She supports committees for all organizations, as well as foundation donations, AAAP bookstore, sponsorship administration, financial records management, and award and scholarship administration. She has been working closely with the current executive director of ACPV and she is well positioned to support ACPV.  We look forward to Diana's leadership and direction for the American College of Poultry Veterinarians.

Diana has B.A. in Social-Studies (2009) from the University of Texas Pan-American, Edinburg, TX. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She has attended Federal grant writing training and is a member and VP of the local Toastmasters International. Diana is bilingual in Spanish and English. Contact Diana at [email protected]
