Q: Can I view the courses in any order I choose? 
A: Yes

Q: Are the presentations downloadable?
A: No

Q: How can I ask the presenters about their presentations?
A: A live Q&A session will be held on July 24, 2020. All registrants will be contacted with information on how to participate. You can ask questions live there and also submit your question beforehand here: https://aaap.memberclicks.net/acpv-2020-workshop-questions-for-q-a

Q: Can I auto advance the presentation?
A: You can, but the system can detect that and you will not be awarded any CE credit.

Q: Can I pause a video and come back later?
A: Yes, but you must finish the entire video to receive CE

Q: Do I have to view all the presentations in one day?
A: No, you can complete the presentations and questions in any order or at any time you want.

Q: Does the check mark next to each presentation and the questions indicate successful completion?
A: Yes

Q: How do I get CE?
A: To receive CE for the workshop you must view all videos within the Workshop and answer the accompanying questions with a passing score. Once completed you will receive an email with your certificate, but you can also download a copy at any time by logging into the Learning Management website (using the login info your registered with) and clicking on “My Certificates” under the “My Account” button at the top. If you are a AAAP member you can also view your CE from www.aaap.info by selecting the “View My CE” button under the “Member Services” dropdown once logged in. 

Q: Will this CE be accepted in my state?
A: The 2020 ACPV Workshop has been RACE approved for 8 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval. Program Number: 1591-42629
