The Program Advisory Committee is responsible for organizing and presenting the AAAP Scientific Program at its annual meeting each year. The committee must ensure the program includes a minimum of 20 in-person CE hours, with a goal of achieving 30 total CE hours through both online and in-person sessions. To maintain a high quality of scientific programming, the committee should employ a blind selection process when choosing abstracts for inclusion in the scientific program.
The committee consists of a Chair, Chair Elect, and an Associate Member. The term for each position is 3 years. The Chair Elect assumes the role of Chair when his/her term ends. The Chair Elect and Associate Member are appointed by the AAAP President with the advice of the AAAP Board of Directors.
