Thank you for your interest in the AAAP 70th Annual Meeting in Fort Worth, Texas on July 12-15, 2027! The 2027 Annual Meeting will feature 25 CE for the in-person, and up to 8 CE (pending RACE approval) for the online recorded sessions.

Register for In-Person Meeting in Fort Worth, TX

AAAP invites you to join us for our 70th Annual Meeting in Fort Worth, Texas. The event will take place at the Fort Worth Convention Center from July 12 - July 15. April 11 is the last day for Early Bird Pricing, with prices increasing on May 2 and again onsite. Please refer to the chart below for your particular cost. This registration will include in-person and access to recorded sessions, which will be available on a future date.

If you didn’t make it to Orlando for our in-person annual meeting, you can still take part with our recorded content! Available to purchase until December 15, you will have from August 10th - December 30th, 2026 to gain up to 8 viewing hours of CE.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by Wednesday, June 10, 2027, no later than 5:00 PM ET and will incur a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued if postmarked after Wednesday, June 10, 2027. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
