About the Speaker: Jacquie Stephens has been leading and coaching since she was a teenager on the ball diamond, basketball court and in the office. She turned that passion and experience to leadership coaching and facilitating in 2005 when she founded neuroSHIFT Coaching and Training. Over the years, she has helped people realize that leadership isn't a soft skill - it is about science!

Jacquie has a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA (Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness) from the University of British Columbia. She is a Results Certified Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Genos-Certified EI Practitioner and holds several certifications from the Academy of Brain Based Leadership and the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Jacquie says: “Neuroscience is an underpinning to everything I do from creating workshops, layout and structure of training, spacing between coaching sessions, the types of activities, questions asked, tools etc. I bring my decades of leadership experience, upwards of 4000 coaching hours, education, and personal learnings (failures and successes) to every encounter. All this in an effort to help raise YOUR mental performance. I know with absolute certainty that my purpose in life it to help people grow. I’ll challenge your thinking, ask powerful questions, and poke holes in your veneer in a way that is kind, respectful, and supportive. Give me a little, and you will get a lot in return.”
