Website Features for Members

• Access to the Avian Diseases Journal: you have free access to the journal as a member benefit. Just click on one of the “View Avian Diseases” buttons under the Journal tab above.
• Committee Forums: you can view and post on any committee forum. Just hover over a committee in the Committees dropdown above and select the forum.
• Newsletters: you can view all past newsletters under the news tab. These are great historical documents for AAAP as well as for current information.
• Membership Directory: use the directory search in the member services section to the right to find other AAAP members in your area or who share your interest/expertise.
• Salary Survey: you can view the results of our latest salary survey. Useful if you are looking for a job or to employ.
• Research Priorities: you have access to view the current research priorities created by our Research Priorities committee every other year.
• Bookstore Discounts: while logged in you receive a 10% discount on books purchased through the website.
• No Page Charges when submitting manuscript to Avian Diseases.
• Job Board: under the member services section to the right you can view available jobs. You can also submit a position if you or your company are looking to hire.
• Joining or Leaving Committees: joining a committee is easy! Just complete the form found by clicking on the “Join a Committee” button under the committee tab above.

Upload a Picture to your profile! Click on View My Profile under Member Services to the right, then under the My Status block click in the upload photos button.
